Shipping Information
Due to the personalisation of our gifts by hand, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched. We take great care in preparing each gift to ensure it arrives just as beautifully as intended.
At Dalton & Hughes, we use Australia Post for express shipping and do our best to ensure your gifts arrive as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and while we aim for the fastest turnaround, please keep in mind that some delays may occur, especially during busier times of the year.
Express Shipping Guide:
Sydney Metro: 1 business day
NSW & ACT: 1-2 business days
VIC, SA, TAS & QLD: 2-4 business days
WA & NT: 3-5 business days
All gifts are delivered contactless with Authority to leave at the shipping address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered, Dalton & Hughes is not responsible for any loss or damage. We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location. If a parcel goes missing after being left at the specified address, any claims must be made directly with the courier. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim, but unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels.

We deliver Australia-wide for all orders placed via our website.
Where do we ship from?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Balgowlah office in NSW 2093.
Need to ship to multiple addresses?
No problem! Simply add each gift (with its respective message) to your cart. Then, on your cart page, select the “Ship to multiple addresses” button. You’ll be able to enter each address individually before proceeding to checkout.
A Note from Dalton & Hughes
We know how special it is to send a thoughtful gift, and we want to make sure it arrives in time. While we don’t use in-house couriers, we work with trusted external delivery partners to get your gifts where they need to be.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll always do our best to follow up with the courier if needed, but please know that some things—like unexpected delays—are out of our hands.
If you need your gift by a specific date and time is tight, reach out to us before placing your order to make sure we can get it there on time. We’ll do everything we can to make it happen. After all, we’re here to help you create memorable moments, and we’d love to be part of making your gift just right.

As Dalton and Hughes sells products which contain alcohol, our couriers will require you to present valid government issue photo identification as proof of age from the recipient of the parcel, even if that recipient is not the customer who placed the order. This is so we can ensure no alcohol is in the possession of minors. Thanks for your understanding.
